Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation

When you try to open swf file locally, Adobe Flash 11 blocks it. Solution is simple:

 Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Advanced -> Developer Options -> Trusted Location Settings -> Add File / Folder
